Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in outsourcing or headhunter.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, recruitment, payroll and employment regulations.
Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead HR planning and implement strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and placement of outsourced personnel.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, BPJS, and internal HR policies.
Oversee payroll, employee contracts, and HR administrative tasks.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance issues.
Coordinate with clients regarding workforce needs and HR documentation.
