Job Descriptions :
- Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Handle HR, GA, Industrial Relations, HSE.
- Making sure the main organization's HR IR-GA policies are carried out.
- Promoting corporate values and drive culture.
- Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, etc.
Job Qualifications :
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, or Psychology
- Must have at least 10 years experiences in end-to-end generalist HR, GA and IR from manufacture company.
- Experienced in working with business leaders to understand business goals and able to provide advice as well as drive people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experienced in the Food & Beverage Manufacture will be preferred.
- Strong people skills and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Digital savvy and familiar with Ms. Office especially Ms. Excell, HRIS and Payroll Management System.
- Prefer candidate who can join immediately.
