Job Description – Live Streaming Host Manager
1. Planning & Strategy
Develop live streaming content strategies aligned with sales and branding goals.
Plan themes, schedules, and show concepts regularly.
Analyze live streaming trends to boost engagement and conversion.
2. Host Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage live streaming hosts to match brand identity.
Provide coaching on communication, product presentation, and audience interaction.
Set performance evaluation systems and give regular feedback to hosts.
3. Execution & Operations
Oversee the entire live streaming process, from preparation to post-show evaluation.
Collaborate with production, creative, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure hosts comply with schedules, guidelines, and company SOPs.
4. Targets & KPIs
Increase viewers, engagement, and conversion rates through live streaming.
Monitor and report on daily/weekly/monthly performance.
Continuously optimize strategies to achieve sales and engagement targets.
5. Branding & External Relations
Act as a communication bridge between hosts, brands, and internal teams.
Ensure consistent brand image through visual quality and audience interaction.
Collaborate with KOLs/Influencers for live streaming partnerships
