Job Description :
1. Supervise and guide HR staff in day-to-day operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee relations).
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for staff-level to supervisor-level positions.
3. Ensure proper administration of employment contracts, employee data, and HRIS.
4. Handle employee relations matters, grievances, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
5. Monitor compliance with labor law, company policies, and occupational health & safety.
6. Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and development.
7. Support performance appraisal process and provide feedback to management.
8. Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc.) for management.
9. Assist in developing and executing HR strategies to support company goals.
10. Foster a positive and productive work culture.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
4. Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
5. Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
9. Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
10. Experience in manufacture industry.
