BROODIS is hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager
📍 Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experienced in preparing Management Business Information (MBI) and management reports.
• Strong financial analysis and business strategy skills.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the retail, fashion, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities of the company.
• Prepare, monitor, and control the company’s cash flow to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial, profitability, operational cost, and business performance analyses.
• Prepare Management Business Information (MBI) reports and financial dashboards for management review.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth.
• Manage corporate taxation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Develop and improve financial systems, SOPs, and internal control processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
