Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager at PT Solusi Indomitra Nusantara, a company operating in tobacco product distribution with operational networks across various regions in Indonesia. The role involves managing and controlling all Finance, Accounting & Tax functions of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and control all Finance, Accounting & Tax functions of the company
- Prepare, evaluate, and control operational budgets for Head Office and all distribution areas
- Manage cash flow, project funding requirements, and prioritise company payments
- Verify and control fund requests in accordance with policy and authority matrix
- Control receivables, payables, inventory, and operational costs
- Prepare financial reports and analyse performance and profitability by region
- Ensure tax compliance and accuracy of reporting
- Develop internal controls to minimise risk of errors, waste, and financial irregularities
- Lead the FAT team and provide financial recommendations to management
Qualification:
- Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, including minimum 3 years in Supervisor or Manager position
- Preferred experience in distribution, FMCG, or trading companies with branch networks
- Proficient in cash flow management, budget preparation, cost control, and financial report analysis
- Experience in managing receivables, payables, inventory, and financial reconciliation
- Understanding of internal controls, financial risk management, and prevention of transaction irregularities
- Proficient in corporate taxation and Coretax DJP administration
- Able to operate Accurate and Microsoft Excel at advanced level
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
- High integrity, firm, meticulous, objective, and able to work under pressure
