Barbershop Manager — Key Requirements
* Fluent English, both written and spoken
* Previous management or team-leadership experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience managing a team of approximately 5 staff in a barbershop setting
* Confident handling staff conflicts and resolving issues professionally
* Able to work independently and make day-to-day decisions
* Reliable, professional and able to work well under pressure
* Excellent customer service and staff management skills
* Able to communicate effectively with overseas owners and provide regular updates
* able to set goals & improve store revenue
