JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Membangun dan mejaga hubungan baik dengan mitra bisnis dan customer
- Melakukan pembinaan untuk mitra bisnis (agen dan jr distributor), tujuannya adalah untuk membantu mereka menghabiskan stok barangnya
- Melakukan follow up dan prospek data calon customer
- Mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate dari segala jurusan
- Wanita, max. 25 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman kepemimpinan di organisasi kampus atau mahasiswa
- Mudah adaptasi dan belajar cepat dengan segala perubahan
- Orientasi Target; Bisa bekerja dengan Target

Established in 2020, Laili Brand is a company under PT Karya Laili Mendunia which engage with beauty and health product as well as opening an opportunity for our customer to be our Business Partner (mitra). As a company which was build in the mid of worldwide pandemic, we successfully proved that with an accurate research and fast response to the situation we were able to survive and even scaled up our business in becoming one of the biggest beauty and health distributing company.
When we were trying to survive, we also realized that not only corporate which got the impact. Many indonesian citizens got layoffs impact on their financial situation. We also discover that many housewife tried to help their husband to survive the financial instability. However they were faced off with difficulty to find a job which can be done remotely without having them to leave the house.
We believe, main function of human beings is to be helpful with each other. And whatever the company build, products and system are only tools to help the society. Thus, our vision is to help 1 million housewife to have their impressive career as well as helping them to have 7 income sources from home.
With this vision in mind, we already launched various kinds of beauty and health product; Laili WAITEU (collagen drink), Laili SLIM (fiber drink), Laili SOP (health supplement drink), Laili Beauty (skin care set), etc. Not only that, we made a business partner system which already help 20.000 housewife from all over Indonesia to increase their finance.
In order to preserve and achieve this vision, we are eager to work hand in hand with Indonesian’s youngsters whose passion is to be useful for the society, energetic, innovative, smart, and a long life learner.
