Our MT program (The next C-level) is a high-standard program for someone below 2 years of work experience that is designed for creating a future leader in our company. In 2-5 years, you`ll fill our executive level from supervisor until CEO level, if you pass, agile and can deliver value as we expect.
You`ll learn and explore more or less about sales, marketing, business development, HR, and operational.
Day by day you`ll be involved in any project and operational and it will be very intense. So in the future, you`ll be capable of think in helicopter view as your capacity is bigger.
Criteria :
Female/ Males, Female is Preferable, Max 28 years old
Diploma or Bachelor graduated from any field, maximum 2 years work experience
Having attitudes such as leadership, communicative, problem-solving
Having a growth mindset such as agile, fast learner, continuous learner, kaizen
Willing to work extra miles
Domicile in Yogyakarta, Central Java, East Java area is preferable
Outside those are possible if you are willing to work in Yogyakarta
