As a Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in all aspects of store operations and management.
Your responsibilities include:
Learn daily store operations from the frontline.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain product and service quality.
Support inventory and operational management.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Solve operational problems proactively.
Develop leadership skills through structured training.
Prepare for future Store Manager responsibilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership potential demonstrated through work, internships, student organizations, volunteer work, church ministry, or other meaningful experiences.
