Qualifications:

Fresh graduate or with a maximum of 2 years work experience
Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably majoring in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering
Minimum GPA/ IPK 3.00
Willing to be assigned to any MSI operational site
Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills
High integrity, strong ownership, and a willingness to learn
Active driver's license (SIM A)
Able to speak and write in English
