ASIATOP is a distribution, sales, and marketing company representing the brands of PT Asia Sakti Wahid Foods (ASW Foods) and PT Intim Harmonis Food Industri (INA Food) with a focus on biscuits, snacks, and wafers. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to consumers across the region.
Our Sales Management Trainee Program - Batch 2 is designed to develop future leaders by giving fresh graduates hands - on experience in the fast - paced FMCG industry. You’ll work on real projects, be guided by experienced mentors, and build the skills needed to grow into a managerial role. This program offers a fast track to leadership positions at ASIATOP
Responsibilities
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing and ready to be placed anywhere across Indonesia
- Passionate about working in sales and marketing
