Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Mempelajari dan memberikan usulan improvement 4M pada lini produksi
- Mencapai target produksi sesuai KPI
- Memastikan hasil produksi berkualitas sesuai standar perusahaan
- Memastikan karyawan dibawahnya memahami SOP, IK, Memo dan peraturan-peraturan yang ada
- Menjaga kerjasama antar shift dan semua bagian di perusahaan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap situasi kerja yang nyaman, aman dan kondusif
Kualifikasi
- Usia maksimal 25 tahun
- Min D3/S1 Teknik Mesin/Elektro/Industri/Kimia & Mekatronika, IPK min. 3.0
- Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership & komunikasi yang baik
