Deskripsi pekerjaan Management Trainee (MT) - Warehouse SPV PT Unimotor Technology Indonesia
Responsibilities :
1. Supervise inbound and outbound activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of goods.
2. Ensure stock accuracy through routine checks and periodic stock opname/inventory counts.
3. Organize warehouse layout to maintain cleanliness, safety, and accessibility following 5S standards.
4. Assign tasks and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff.
5. Ensure proper storage according to product category, code, batch, and FIFO/FEFO procedures.
6. Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production departments regarding stock availability and movement.
7. Oversee the use of warehouse equipment (forklift, handlift, etc.) and ensure proper maintenance.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse movement reports.
9. Handle issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or delayed shipments.
10. Ensure compliance with SOP, safety regulations (K3/HSE), and company policies.
11. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for warehouse team members
Job Specification :
1. Minimum education Diploma in Logistics, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Warehouse Admin or SPV. Freshgraduate are welcome to Apply
3. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, stock administration, FIFO/FEFO systems.
4. Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or other warehouse software.
5. Understanding of warehouse safety standards and HSE practices.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to prepare inventory reports.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
8. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible with high integrity.
