# The MT Journey
To ensure a holistic understanding of the industry, you will rotate through the following specialized projects:
MCN Projects (Multi-Channel Network): Focus on Targeted Affiliate Plan Brand Campaigns, learning how to scale brand reach through strategic network management.
Creator Community Management: Build and nurture creator communities focused on content retention and brand awareness, shaping the overall public image of our clients.
Affiliate Community Management: Drive the "bottom line" by managing revenue-driven communities. You will help affiliates maximize their conversion potential through short-form video and live streaming.
Event Organization: Step into the physical world by managing offline activations. From Tap-In Festivals and Pop-Up stores to large-scale press conferences and bazaars.

Throughout these rotations, your day-to-day will involve:
Relationship Building: Managing communications and building deep networks with KOLs, Creators, Affiliates, and Communities.
Strategic Research: Identifying high-potential partners across digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
Campaign Execution: Liaising with creators/affiliates on requirements, timelines, and deliverables for seamless campaign implementation.
Content Strategy: Creating professional Content Briefs for creators and communities.
Financial Negotiation: Managing costs to ensure mutually beneficial and profitable agreements.
# Qualifications & Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates or early professionals (0–2 years experience) with a proven track record in KOL Marketing and or community engagement.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace and task management tools (e.g., Notion).
Interpersonal Mastery: Strong communication and "customer service" skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with third parties.
