About Management Trainee Program:
Gree’s MT Program is a Management Trainee program to prepare young talent to be a Future Leader in our strategist area. Through this program, young talents will undergo in comprehensive training and mentoring process from our professional Trainer & Management.
By the end of this program; you are expected to be prime candidates for future leadership role (supervisor / managerial position).

Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Business Studies/Management, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Maximum 26 years old
- Preferably fresh graduate or maximum 1 year(s) of working experience is required
- Active in organizational activities at university
- Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
- Interest to work in Sales, Marketing and Business Development field
- Have self-motivated and achievement oriented
- Have a good leadership skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Have driving license A/C
