The role of Production Manager and Management Trainee (Injection Department) involves overseeing the daily operations of the injection molding department to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementing lean production techniques, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and operated. The position also includes training and development opportunities to prepare candidates for future leadership roles within the company.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering or Production Management. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role is required, with proven expertise in Lean Production, Equipment Production, Production Management, and Time Management.
