Management Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Bekasi. The Junior Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include assisting with audits, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and providing support for budget preparation and other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with accounting software and familiarity with MS

Office applications, especially Excel.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills for managing financial records and budgets.

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

•⁠ ⁠Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience or familiarity with manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus.
