Job Description:
- Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g. cleaning, lubricating, calibrating)
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and repair accordingly
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or equipment breakdowns
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep records of repairs and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma; technical/vocational training preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Good physical condition and strength to handle manual tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts or be on call, if required
