Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute building maintenance plans, including preventive maintenance schedules and PIC coordination.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems such as electrical, AC, plumbing, water pumps, and fire protection systems.
- Handle corrective maintenance by troubleshooting and repairing facility issues in classrooms, offices, dormitories, and other areas.
- Monitor and ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, effectively, and according to operational standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors for repair and facility improvement needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar position.
- Knowledgeable in building systems maintenance, including electrical, HVAC/AC, plumbing, water pumps, and fire protection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, responsible attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
