Deskripsi pekerjaan Maintenance Staff PT. Kendalindo Intan Kencana
Position Summary
Maintenance Staff will be responsible for ensuring that machinery is maintained and cared
for in order to ensure production operates at maximum effectiveness & efficiency.
Performance Objectives
Main Objective:
Ensure that preventive maintenance are conducted consistently and machinery downtime
managed. Your primary objective during the first year is to revise, train & ensure visual
control of preventive & cleaning maintenance - in order to facilitate the transition to
Autonomous Maintenance. In achieving this, you are required to have an in-depth
understanding of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system, understanding of
maintenance business processes & have ample experience on training & development of
operators.
Sub Objective:
β Introduce the calculation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), MTBF (Mean
Time Between Failure), & MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
β Create from scratch - machinery manual book from field observations.
β Daily, weekly & monthly planned maintenance.
β Ensure cost is controlled at the target maximum range set by the Finance
Department.
β Implement proper planned maintenance with 85% spare part planning accuracy.
β Makes maintenance department rolling plan to migrate to CMMS (Computerized
Maintenance Management System).
β Implement a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) on maintenance work order.
β Ensure data management of corrective, breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Management & organizational issues:
β Maintain maintenance plan accuracy at 90%
β MTTR at 4 hours
β Outstanding Work Order at 90% every month
β Overall Equipment Effectiveness at 70
Projects you will be involved-in:
β Improve the operations of planned maintenance ensuring MTTR for Overhaul &
Semi-Overhaul are kept within 4 days.
β Improve the management of consumable and spare part being used by the
production department.
β Increase the overall standard competency of operators maintaining their own
machines.
β Implement LEAN standard Visual Management for operators & maintenance
department.
Problems to be solved:
Machines are managed poorly in terms of the number of breakdowns, operatorβs level of
expertise in their own position and standardization of machinery information.
Technical Objectives:
Has experience kick-starting a CMMS program, understand and can create with Google
Data Studio for KPI reporting, Barcode generator & Google Form Database Management,
Intermediary excel formula (vlookup, xyzif function, Pivot table creation).
Team & People Issues:
β Team members operate at different wavelengths - with close to 0 teamwork.
β Implement Quality Control Circle in maintenance department & the culture of
continuous improvement
β With production department, develop proper preventive maintenance department
Long-range, creative, or strategic issues:
Implement Total Productive Maintenance with the help of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
