Deskripsi pekerjaan Maintenance Reliability Intern PT. Kobe Boga Utama
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update the Maintenance Skill Matrix to support competency mapping and development.
- Assist in preparing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for maintenance activities and equipment.
- Collect, organize, and analyze maintenance data to support preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to identify competency gaps and potential equipment failure risks.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to preventive maintenance improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or final-year students (7th–8th semester) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering who have completed all coursework are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Skill Matrix development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on-site at PT Kobe Boga Utama – Bojonegoro Plant.
