We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner & Sr. Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
Develop weekly maintenance schedules and prioritize work orders.
Manage Work Orders and ensure timely maintenance execution.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Provide technical support for mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Analyze equipment maintenance issues and coordinate with related teams.
Support maintenance training for operations and facilities personnel.
Willing to be assigned to other sites (Surabaya, Medan, and ROS locations) when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience as a Maintenance Planner and Technician.
Proficient in CMMS systems (SAP, M3, Movex, or similar).
Familiar with PLC, HMI, and inverter systems.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
