Role Description
The Maintenance Officer is a full-time, on-site position based at our Head Office in Subang, West Java. This role is responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance, controlling vehicle service schedules, and ensuring all routine and corrective repairs are executed effectively on time. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting heavy vehicles (such as Tronton and Fuso trucks), coordinating regular service schedules, monitoring mechanical performance, and supervising repair quality. The role also involves tracking spare parts usage, maintaining detailed vehicle maintenance logs, and collaborating with operational teams to minimize vehicle downtime. To support our fast-paced operational needs, the ideal candidate must be available to join immediately and be fully willing to relocate to Subang.
Qualifications
- Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must be available for immediate joining and willing to relocate to work full-time on-site at the Head Office in Subang, West Java.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Junior Mechanic at a Tronton or Fuso heavy-duty vehicle dealership or fleet service center.
- Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck mechanics, preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting techniques, and fleet service control.
- Practical experience in executing mechanic inspection checklists and keeping accurate vehicle service documentation.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication to coordinate with drivers, operational teams, and external workshops.
- Prior experience managing fleet or heavy equipment maintenance in the mining, logistics, or energy industries is a distinct advantage.
