Deskripsi pekerjaan Maintenance Non Sewing Machine Leader PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise non sewing machine maintenance activities
Ensure machines are running properly to support production operations
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime
Coordinate with production team regarding machine conditions
Monitor maintenance schedule and spare part usage

Requirements:

✔ Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

✔ Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance, preferably in garment industry

✔ Strong knowledge of non sewing machines and utility equipment

✔ Good leadership and problem-solving skills

✔ Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
