Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Proficient in English (oral & written).
- Familiar with cement plant production and maintenance processes.
- Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, optimization, and hands-on repair.
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness.
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance, inspection, and management of cement plant mechanical equipment (e.g., crushers, mills, kilns) to ensure stable operations and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Participate in equipment improvement projects to enhance performance, reduce energy use and maintenance costs, and increase reliability.
- Analyze equipment failures, develop effective maintenance plans, and maintain failure records for continuous improvement.
- Handle emergency repairs efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
