Requirements:
- D3/S1 of Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering (Teknik Elektro)
- Minimum 2 year experiences in Quality Incoming, Supplier Handling, Problem Handling and Analysis
- Understand the processes of injection molding, machining, plating, stamping, die casting, coating/painting and rubber injection.
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Able to read drawings
- Strong for understanding in quality control and defects
- Willing to be on standby for emergency situations.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of technicians and maintenance officers.
- Ensure all resident/tenant complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and execute preventive maintenance schedules for building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, lifts, etc.).
- Identify, track, and follow up on building defects and repair works.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities are in good condition.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and issues.
