Job Description:
- Monitor and supervise every progress of maintenance & repair work
- Organize and documented all maintenance and repair activities
- Assist in creating routine maintenance (PM) schedules at outlets & Head Office and monitoring their timely execution
- Coordinate with field technicians or external vendors to ensure every plan goes according to the timeline
- Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance status to supervisor
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma from any major
- 1 year experience in Maintenance & Repair Team
- Detail, Persistence, well organized and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office
- Placement : Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta
