1. Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Teacher Education, or a related field in early childhood education.
2. Fluent in spoken English with basic written proficiency.
3. Demonstrates a genuine passion for working with young children; patient, warm, communicative, and creative.
4. Prior experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting will be considered an advantage.
5. Able to collaborate effectively with the academic team and follow the direction of the Principal or Curriculum Coordinator.
6. Possesses strong integrity, discipline, professionalism, and a solid work ethic.
7. Christian/Catholic.
8. Preferably based in Balikpapan.
