MAGANG Marketplace Optimization Specialist - Work from Office

We're Sabda Creative, a social media agency based in Tangerang. We are looking for a Marketplace Optimization Specialist Intern who will focus on assisting our full-timer managing and optimizing Shopee stores for our clients. This role will work closely with Marketplace Optimization Specialist, Project Managers, and Meta Ads Specialists to create high–performing marketplace storefronts, product listings, and advertising campaigns

Responsibility

1. Manage and update client marketplace stores.
2. Upload and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, and images.
3. Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility.
4. Assist in managing marketplace campaigns, promotions, and vouchers.
5. Monitor and support marketplace advertising campaigns, especially Shopee Ads.
6. Track store performance, sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
7. Prepare marketplace performance reports.
8. Research competitors, pricing, and market trends.
9. Coordinate with internal teams for marketplace content and campaign needs.
10. Check product information, pricing, stock, and campaign accuracy.
11. Maintain product databases, campaign schedules, and tracking sheets.

Qualifications

1. Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. Interested in marketplace management and digital marketing.
3. Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop is a plus.
4. Basic knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace campaigns.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
6. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
8. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
10. Able to commit to the agreed internship period and working schedule.
