1. Learn Business Planning Basics. Understand how a company plans its business, sets targets, and monitors performance (KPI).2. Understand Company and Products. Learn about the organization, product lines, customers, and how each department works together.3. Work with Data and Reports. Learn basic data management using Excel and how to prepare standard business reports and presentations4. Learn Financial Analysis. Understand sales, cost, profit, and the factors that affect business profitability.5. Support Cost Planning Activities. Participate in cost planning and business analysis activities under the guidance of Business Planning mentors.
