About the Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, training, testing and evaluating machine learning models for computer vision tasks (classification and object detection) using Pytorch and TensorFlow, packaging them into Docker containers, and building inference APIs. Candidates will support the development of Agentic AI features and translate user and business needs into functional ML solutions.
Responsibilities
- Solve business problems with machine learning solutions
- Support team initiatives in building reliable AI-powered applications and services
- Assist in dataset labelling, training, testing and evaluating of computer vision models (classification and object detection) under guidance
- Package trained ML models into Docker containers and develop inference API endpoints
- Support development of Agentic AI features for enterprise use cases
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 2 completed projects (non-professional) involving machine learning
- Demonstrated experience with Python/Pytorch
- Demonstrated experience with TensorFlow (including LiteRT for mobile inference)
- Working knowledge of computer vision libraries (OpenCV, YOLO)
- Working knowledge of building REST APIs using FastAPI (or Flask/Django)
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and ML model lifecycle (training, testing, inference and evaluating)
Preferred Qualification:
- Git version control proficiency
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Experience with Docker containerization
- Capability to develop CRUD RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (Google Agent Development Kit, LangChain, or similar)
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Have good ethics professional, communication, and organizational skills
Plus Point Qualification:
- Good organizational skills
- Multi-language programming experience, especially PHP (Laravel) for full-stack/CMS support
- Experience with mobile ML deployment (LiteRT optimization, model quantization)
- Familiarity with classical CV techniques (image preprocessing, augmentation)
- Linux operating system expertise
- Command Line Interface (CLI) proficiency
- Docker tools proficiency
