About the role
We are looking for a polished and service-oriented Luxury Reatil Sales Consultant or represent our premium brands in a high-end retail environment at Plaza Indonesia.
This role is ideal for individuals who are experienced in serving discerning clients and delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
You will be handling exclusive home accessories and luxury pieces from renowned brands such as Baccarat, Daum, L'ladro.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a refined and personalized in-store customer experience
- Understand client preferences and recommend suitable products with strong product storytelling
- Maintain excellent product knowledge accross luxury home accessories and brands
- Build and nurture relationships with high-end and returning clients
- Ensure visual merchandising and showroom presentation meet brand standards
- Consistently uphold service excellence and professionalism on the sales floor
About you
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (Interior Design or related filed preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium brands, or high-end customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, well-groomed
- Confident in engaging with discerning and international clientele
- Service-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer experience
- Willing to work on shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
