Description
- Assist in the preparation and execution of villa pre-opening and launching activities
- Ensure all operational areas are ready before the property opening, including rooms, facilities, and guest areas
- Support the setup of operational systems, inventories, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments during the launching period
- Conduct property inspections and report any issues that require attention before opening
- Assist in staff onboarding, training, and operational readiness preparations
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the property
- Handle guest requests and provide support to ensure smooth operations during the launching phase
- Help identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently
- Prepare reports and updates regarding launching progress and operational readiness
- Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are implemented correctly
Support management in achieving a successful and smooth property launch
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, villas, hotels, or property management is an advantage
- Able to work well in a team and have good communication skills
- Disciplined, honest, responsible, and have a strong work ethic
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills in handling operational situations
- Willing to work flexible hours according to launching operational needs
- Neat and professional appearance
- Highly initiative and proactive in completing tasks
- Basic knowledge in housekeeping, front office, or operational support is preferred
