PRIVATE SCIENCE TEACHER VACANCY
Shea Academy is currently looking for a Freelance Private Science Teacher to teach a Grade 6 student following the Cambridge Curriculum.
Position: Private Science Teacher

Level: Grade 6
Curriculum: Cambridge
Location: Tokyo Riverside PIK 2
Employment Type: Freelance
Teaching Fee: IDR 100,000 per session
Session Duration: 1 hour
Schedule: Twice a week
Teaching Time: 3:00 PM onwards
Requirements:
* Male or female, aged 20–35 years old
* Strong knowledge of Grade 6 Science based on the Cambridge Curriculum
* Able to teach Science effectively in English
* Good English communication skills
* Able to explain scientific concepts clearly and in a way that is easy for the student to understand
* Patient, responsible, punctual, and professional
* Able to adapt lessons to the student's school materials and learning needs
* Able to assist with schoolwork, exercises, and test preparation
* Previous experience teaching Science is preferred
* Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum is an advantage
* University students or graduates from relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply
* Must be available to teach twice a week from 3:00 PM onwards
* Must be willing and able to teach on-site at Tokyo Riverside PIK 2
Responsibilities:
* Teach Grade 6 Science based on the Cambridge Curriculum
* Conduct one-on-one private lessons
* Review and reinforce Science topics taught at school
* Help the student understand key scientific concepts and terminology
* Provide appropriate exercises and additional practice
* Assist the student in preparing for school assignments and assessments
* Monitor the student's learning progress
Compensation:
IDR 100,000 per 1-hour session
Two sessions per week
