As a Receptionist at Good Massage, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a female candidate who has completed her SMA/SMK education and possesses between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be proficient in customer service, problem-solving, scheduling, and the use of Microsoft Office applications. Experience in conference reception would be advantageous.
