Deskripsi pekerjaan Logistik Staff PT. PEGAUNIHAN TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle order processing and shipment scheduling;
  • Monitor logistics activities and resolve delivery issues;
  • Liaise with warehouses and freight forwarding companies;
  • Preparing shipping documents and logistics reports;
  • Provide customer support and update customers on order progress;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent;
  • Understand basic inventory management principles;
  • Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with costumers, warehouses, and freight forwarders;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Active English speaker or Mandarin is an advantage;
