Job Description
- Manage logistics activities from planning to distribution
- Prepare and arrange goods for delivery
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and vendors
- Monitor deliveries to ensure goods arrive safely and on time
- Handle logistics documents (DO, delivery notes, etc.)
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and operations teams
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and expedition partners
- Resolve delivery and stock issues
- Analyze logistics costs and stock movement
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports
- Plan efficient delivery routes, especially in Jabodetabek area
- Monitor inbound and outbound stock activities
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse and logistics administration
- Understand inbound and outbound processes
- Experience in distribution and delivery management
- Able to analyze stock movement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, reporting)
- Leadership experience and able to lead a team
- Detail-oriented and disciplined
- Good problem-solving skills
- Firm and responsible in work
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments
