Deskripsi pekerjaan Logistics Trainer Staff J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Sebagai Trainer di J&T Cargo, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam merancang, mengembangkan, dan menyampaikan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan, khususnya dalam operasional logistik dan layanan pelanggan.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Conduct internal and external training programs related to logistics operations and procedures.
- Conduct field training and site visits to monitor and support operational implementation.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, modules, and learning content.
- Prepare training reports, evaluations, and follow-up plans to measure training effectiveness.
- Create video-based learning materials and other digital training content.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for training materials, data analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate with operational teams and related departments to support training and operational improvement.
Kualifikasi: - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Logistics, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics operations or the logistics industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or learning & development is a plus.
- Male, due to the field mobility requirements of the position.
- Willing to travel and be mobilized to various operational locations as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including basic to intermediate Excel formulas.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to create and edit training videos or digital learning materials.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
