Job Description :
- Coordinate with PPJK (Customs Broker) to ensure smooth import customs clearance.
- Prepare, review, and submit import documents required by PPJK.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding shipping documents and shipment schedules.
- Monitor import shipment status from origin until goods arrive at the warehouse.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other supporting documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, warehouses, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor customs clearance progress handled by PPJK and follow up on any outstanding issues.
- Coordinate delivery schedules after customs clearance is completed.
- Review and reconcile invoices from PPJK, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors.
- Maintain proper filing of import and shipping documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, import activities, and logistics costs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable import regulations.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Import Logistics, Import Administration, or Logistics Coordination.
- Familiar with import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Experienced in coordinating with PPJK, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and overseas suppliers.
- Understanding of import shipping documents such as:
⚫️Commercial Invoice
⚫️Packing List
⚫️Bill of Lading (B/L)
⚫️Air Waybill (AWB)
⚫️Certificate of Origin (COO)
⚫️Delivery Order (DO)
- Familiar with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, FCA, DDP, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience coordinating import shipments for the mining, chemical, manufacturing, EPC, or heavy equipment industries.
- Familiar with CEISA, INSW, and Indonesian import regulations.
- Strong follow-up skills with PPJK, freight forwarders, and vendors.
- Understanding of logistics cost control and import documentation management.
