Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3), preferably in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or field operations is preferred.
- Familiar with port, warehouse, depot, and cargo handling operations is an advantage.
- Willing to work outdoors and in the field.
- Able to travel to ports, warehouses, depots, and other operational locations as required.
- Good understanding of export-import and logistics processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills with customers, vendors, drivers, and operational teams.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang and surrounding areas.
