Job Description
- Plan and coordinate the end-to-end logistics flow to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Prepare and monitor schedules and forecasts for trucking, PBM, vessel/shipping line, and customer activities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and coordination with trucking, PBM, agent/shipping line, and customer.
- Monitor operational timelines and identify potential delays, gaps, or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate adjustments when there are changes in trucking arrival, vessel schedule, PBM readiness, or customer requirements.
- Ensure all parties are aligned with the agreed schedule and operational plan.
