Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Export-Import or at least 3 years in a Supervisor-level EXIM role or equivalent.
3. Strong understanding of end-to-end export-import processes, customs clearance, customs regulations, and export-import documentation.
4. Proven ability in negotiation, logistics cost analysis, and team leadership.
5. Good written and spoken English communication skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems and Letter of Credit (L/C) is an advantage.
Job Description
1. Oversee all export-import activities and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, customs brokers (PPJK), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth export-import operations.
3. Monitor customs clearance, ETA/ETD, and delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
4. Control international logistics costs, evaluate logistics vendors and freight forwarders, and mitigate shipment delay risks.
5. Prepare and submit export-import activity reports to management.
6. Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the EXIM team.
