About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Logistic Staff to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery and documentation of spare parts, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate records, and smooth logistics operations. You will work closely with couriers, vendors, and internal teams to support daily shipment processes.
Job Responsibilities :
- Process and post Delivery Request Forms (RF) for spare parts.
- Prepare supporting documents for delivery, such as Goods Receipt Forms (LPB) and Packing Lists (PL).
- Determine appropriate delivery service and courier for spare part shipments.
- Print Spare Part Delivery Orders (DO).
- Assist with packing processes for part shipments when required.
- Follow up weekly on all pending Delivery Orders (DO) from couriers and technicians.
- Maintain documentation of Good Received Notes (GRN) and Packing Lists (PL).
- Monitor and track missing parts.
- Coordinate and complete invoice approval processes.
- Prepare and submit Spare Part Delivery Order monitoring reports.
- Report on pending Delivery Orders (DO) from express couriers and technicians.
- Supervise project unit deliveries and logistics activities.
Requirements :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation management, with a proven ability to coordinate shipping and distribution activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with couriers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Familiar in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets).
- Communicative, proactive, and equipped with solid negotiation and analytical skills.
- Willing to be placed in : Pancoran - Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan.
