Position: Logistic Staff (Spanish Speaking)
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Staff with a strong background in international freight forwarding to support transport operations across global logistics networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating international transports by air and sea, ensuring smooth documentation flow, shipment visibility, and operational fficieency. This role operates within a multinational logistics environment, requiring excellent communication skills in English, while Spanish language proficiency is mandatory for project collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare complete transport documentation for shipping, export, and transport commissioning.
- Coordinate and clarify shipment documentation with (Customs departments, Clients, or Project management teams)
- Ensure timely booking and commissioning of transport services.
- Monitor shipments through track & trace activities and manage estimated arrival timelines.
- Perform inbound expediting to guarantee on-time delivery and goods receipt.
- Manage carrier communication in case of claims or liability issues.
- Coordinate with nominated logistics service providers.
- Procure freight services individually when required, beyond existing freight agreements.
- Support continuous logistics process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an International Freight Forwarder or Logistics Operator.
- Strong operational knowledge of (Air freight operations, Sea freight operations, International shipping procedures)
- Familiarity with logistics networks and carriers across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Experience handling import customs clearance processes.
- Ability to work in structured international logistics workflows.
Language Requirements:
- English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
- Spanish: Fluent communication skills required
- Applicants from other industries are welcome if Spanish fluency is demonstrated
