Deskripsi pekerjaan Logistic Staff (Packer, Picker, Delivery) PT Monotaro Indonesia

1. PACKER / PICKER STAFF

a. Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan pengemasan barang ke dalam kemasan.
  • Melakukan loading and picker barang.
  • Menerima barang dan inventory.
  • Bersedia melakukan tugas pekerjaan lainnya di dalam gudang.

b. Persyaratan:

  • Minimal lulusan SMA / sederajat.
  • Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman bekerja di warehouse.
  • Sudah terbiasa bekerja didalam warehouse dengan aktifitas warehouse penerimaan dan pengiriman barang.
  • Bisa mengoperasikan WMS akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di kawasan industri Cikarang.
  • Jujur dan disiplin.

2. DELIVERY STAFF

a. Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan administrasi serah terima barang ke pihak ke-3.
  • Memonitor pengiriman barang ke Customer melalui 3PL.
  • Memasukkan Delivery Note ke dalam paket.
  • Membuat laporan pengiriman barang.
  • Menjawab komplain dan melakukan follow-up dari Customer serta tim Customer Support.

b. Persyaratan:

  • Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Delivery atau Outbound.
  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan jasa kurir (3PL).
  • Memahami penggunaan Transport Management System (TMS).
  • Mampu menggunakan Google Sheets untuk pelaporan.
