Logistics Staff | Mining Industry
📍 Location: Jakarta - Kuningan.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and monitor export-import shipment processes.
Prepare and manage export-import documentation, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and related authorities.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
Prepare logistics reports and maintain documentation records.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics or Export-Import Operations.
Experience in the Mining Industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of export-import documentation and customs procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of written and spoken English is required.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
