- Related field
2. Experience
2–5 years of experience in:
- Logistics operations
- Supply chain management
- Warehouse management
- Transportation planning
- Freight forwarding
- 3PL/4PL logistics services
3. Technical Skills
Knowledge of:
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Inventory control
- Distribution and transportation planning
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Data analysis and reporting
4. Analytical Skills
- Process mapping and optimization
- Cost analysis and budgeting
- KPI development and monitoring
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis
5. Communication Skills
- Ability to present logistics solutions to customers
- Project management and coordination skills
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Good written and spoken English
6. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing logistics solutions for customers
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or 3PL environments
- Certification such as:
- APICS CPIM/CSCP
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- PMP (for project-based roles)
