Job Description
- Monitor and analyze end-to-end logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks within the e-commerce fulfillment lifecycle.
- Develop data-driven models to forecast logistics capacity requirements and optimize last-mile delivery efficiency.
- Define and refine platform operational logic to ensure seamless integration between merchant orders and logistics provider workflows.
- Conduct competitive analysis on peer platform logistics strategies to maintain a market-leading delivery experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Logistic, or any related major
- Able to speak fluently in Mandarin & English
- 5+ years proven experience track record in e-commerce platform operations or logistics planning
- Strong expertise in Excel for data analysis tools, to interpret complex datasets and drive operational decisions.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce fulfillment chain, including warehousing, sorting center operations, and 3PL management.
- Ability to navigate the "platform logic" of high-volume marketplaces and design solutions for real-time logistics challenges.
- Excellent ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
