As a Logistics Officer, you play a key role in ensuring our products arrive on time, in the right condition, by prioritizing quality in every process—creating a reliable experience for our customers across regions.
In this role, you will face the challenge of managing deliveries across diverse locations, balancing speed and cost efficiency, while maintaining high standards in handling our products and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Distribution Planning & Scheduling
Plan and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products based on operational needs and customer demand. - Route Optimization & Transport Management
Design efficient delivery routes and determine the most suitable transportation modes by balancing cost, time, and product safety. - Loading Supervision & Quality Check
Oversee the loading process and conduct checks to ensure product quantity, condition, and handling meet agrochemical safety standards. - Documentation & Shipment Monitoring
Prepare and manage shipping documents (e.g., delivery orders, waybills) and monitor shipments until all documents are properly returned and completed. - Vendor Management & Continuous Improvement
Source and evaluate logistics vendors, negotiate service agreements, and provide recommendations to improve delivery effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution roles (experience in agrochemical, agriculture, or FMCG industry is a plus).
- Diploma's/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Agribusiness, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking, especially in route planning and cost efficiency.
- Familiar in basic data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel/Spreadsheet) to support decision-making and improve logistics performance.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with handling and transporting regulated or chemical products is an advantage
- Willing to be placed at our Head Office in Banyuwangi (and excited to grow with us there!).
